I'm Hridhaan Sahay, a high-school student interested in Cybersecurity and Technology. I explore both through coding, competitive programming, hackathons, research, astrophotography, building gadgets and projects.

As a student still learning and growing, I enjoy connecting with people who share similar passions.

I created Bitbuzz, a platform that delivers innovation, space, and technology news without all the politics and noise.

I also share what I learn through my LinkedIn and YouTube.

Paid Contractual Work · Hack Club

2023 – Present · Remote

Contracted with Hack Club to engineer and operate YSWS programmes for teens, working with staff, reviewers, co-organizers, and student developers globally.
- Programme operations: managed reviewers and co-organizers, worked with Hack Club staff in Vermont, and engineered and hosted YSWS programmes.
- Community: connected my school's Cyber Club with Hack Club's global network for collaboration, resources, and support.
- NDA: worked under a non-disclosure agreement in connection with access to sensitive information and internal systems.

Founded and built BitBuzz, a youth-focused digital platform covering technology, space, innovation, and science. Built and operated it from the ground up, across product development, web engineering, content, and operations.

Shipping code, frontend work, and UI/UX improvements across open-source projects, and leading community building at school and across hackathons.
- YSWS Platform: improved navigation, hero section, project cards and responsive design. 3 PRs merged into production on a platform with 100K+ monthly visitors.
- Help Center: frontend and UI/UX improvements, merged.
- Keeb YSWS: built the rewards shop for redeeming rewards, merged.
- Club Lead, Twilara: led my school's Hack Club-supported innovation club and helped students connect with programming, technology, and the wider Hack Club community.
- Hackathons: regularly excited to collaborate with other developers across hackathons and student developer communities.

A client-side computer vision posture monitor with real-time face-mesh tracking, proximity detection, focus monitoring, interval timers, and cross-tab posture alerts through its Chrome extension. No posture data leaves the machine.
